Dr. Mandy Hansen, Principal: Mandy has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and real estate strategy, and has served government, non-profit and private sectors at an executive and leadership level. Using her two decades of industry knowledge, Mandy has managed portfolio programs, strategic assessments and more, taking initiatives from strategy to implementation.
Mandy has earned a Doctorate in Social Sciences, researching housing economics. She has a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate, and an MSc in Public Administration. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a certified Prosci Change Mangement practitioner. She proudly carries the RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of BC.
Valerie Gosselin, Senior Analyst: Valerie is a senior member on the team with 10 years of analysis, reporting, program coordination and community engagement experience in Canada and abroad. She is bilingual in French and English. Valerie is a UBC Commerce grad, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
Meghan Wingrove, Research Assistant: Meghan is a Sociology graduate of the University of British Columbia, and is passionate about qualitative and quantitative research methods.
